Refund policy

All items are covered by a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return for any reason within this period, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition where applicable.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be accepted at the discretion of Totally Crafty.

Totally Crafty reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a reasonable administration/restocking fee in cases of excessive or unusual return activity, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
